আমাদের সম্পর্কে-
আমরা “বিসমিল্লাহ শপ কিশোরগঞ্জ” থেকে পণ্য সেল করে থাকি।  বিসমিল্লাহ শপ কিশোরগঞ্জ ইত্তেবা শপের একজন সেলার মাত্র।  আপনার দেওয়া অর্ডার প্রথমে ইত্তেবা শপের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে আমাদের কাছে আসে এবং আমরা ইত্তেবা শপের অফিসে আমাদের পার্সেল পৌছেঁ দিই।  বাকি দায়িত্ব ইত্তেবা শপ পালন করে।

আমাদের ডেলিভারি টাইম-
রাত ১২.০১ মিনিট থেকে বিকাল ৪টার মধ্যে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে একই দিনে অর্থাৎ বিকাল ৫টা থেকে রাত ৯টার মধ্যেই ডেলিভারি পেয়ে যাবেন ইনশাআল্লাহ।
বিকাল ৪টা থেকে রাত ১২টার মধ্যে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পরের দিন সকাল ৯টা থেকে দুপুর ১২টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।
তবে আমরা চেষ্টা করবো অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর যতদ্রুত সম্ভব পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।

যে পণ্যটি অর্ডার করতে চাচ্ছেন সেই পণ্যের সঠিক নাম (বানান ঠিক রেখে) অথবা পণ্যের কোড লিখে “ইত্তেবা শপ” অ্যাপ অথবা ওয়েবসাইটে সার্চ করুন এবং অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করুন।  আপনার চাহিদাকৃত পণ্যটি ইত্তেবা শপে না পেলে “আমার চাহিদা” বাটনে ক্লিক করে আপনার চাহিদা সম্পর্কে ইত্তেবা টিমকে অবগত করতে পারেন।  যে পণ্যগুলো আপনার মাসে কয়েকবার অর্ডার করতে হয় সেই পণ্যগুলোর কোড লিখে রাখুন।  কারণ, আমাদের পণ্যের কোড কখনো পরিবর্তন হয়না।
বি.দ্র. নাম/কোড লিখে সার্চ করার পরেও যদি পণ্যটি না পাওয়া যায় তবে বুঝতে হবে পণ্যটি আমাদের স্টকে নেই।
